Interim FP&A Manager

HW Finance is proud to be partnering a fast-growing international FMCG company in Wakefield who are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Interim FP&A Manager to ensure effective management of the P&L, Working Capital and CAPEX/OPEX projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the quarterly forecasting and budgeting process to meet group reporting requirements and timelines.
• Support and guidance to the SMT in the preparation of their P&Ls, improving forecasting accuracy.
• Managing data integrity issues arising during forecast preparation
• Preparation of the UK Balance Sheet, ensuring accrual/provision releases are accurately built in and understanding variances.
• Support the Financial Controller in the process of consolidation and critical analytical review, ensuring the end result meets expectations.
• Support the Financial Controller to embed a robust control framework across all Group and Sites.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience, ideally in FMCG or Big 4. Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis, you will have strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will be proficient in Excel and ERP systems, with a preference for SAP, SAP BI, and Power BI.
