Job Description
Are you an experiences Facilities Manager who has working knowledge of Health and Safety?
Do you have knowledge of working with listed building?
Job title: Facilities Manager
Duration: on going interim - at least 3 months
Location: SE1 6HX
Pay: £24.62 holiday pay
Contract type: Temporary
In this exciting and instrumental role you will oversee an existing team of three people and delver all aspects of the facilities management across this charity. You will have the opportunity to look after historical and listed building.
In you day to day job you will;
  • Ensure all events have the relevant preparation required
  • That all site and facilities meet satisfactory facilities standard
  • Look after the facilities budget
  • Liaise with existing contractors and suppliers
  • Arrange for all maintenance work to be completed
  • Work with other departments to understand strategic needs and plans
The skills that you will bring your role as Facilities Manager will include;
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety policy's practices
  • Prior experience of working in similar role
  • Knowledge of looking after listed or historical buildings
  • Prior experience in looking after a team
This role is working in a faith based organisation, and you do not have to belong to a particular faith group to work for this organisation.
