Job Advertisement: Corporate/Commercial Building Surveyor (Interim Role)Location: Stevenage Rate: £300 - £320 per day Duration: 3 months Role Type: Flexible/HybridAbout the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate/Commercial Building Surveyor for an interim role in Stevenage.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and run various projects across corporate estates, theatres, community centres, and leisure estates.

Address reactive issues such as ageing buildings, damp, and tree root problems.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of plant, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Ensure compliance with fire regulations.

Write JCT contracts from start to finish and manage the tender process.
