And as our Innovation Product Delivery Manager, you'll bridge the gap between 'what was' and 'what's next' for our industry by bringing multi-disciplined teams together to implement innovative products and services for people, families and businesses across the UK.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Guiding your teams as they explore opportunities to develop innovative solutions that drive positive customer outcomes and sustainable growth
• Encouraging your teams to challenge the status quo, collaborate purposefully, and test and learn every day
• Managing and prioritising the work that needs to be delivered to take solutions from inception to first market launch, and then scaling them
• Influencing internal stakeholders and leveraging our strategic partnerships to put new applications into customers' hands quickly so that, in turn, we learn more quickly too
• Managing project plans, dependencies, budgets, resources and risks for various innovation projects

With a background in product and project management, you'll be familiar with the challenges that managing technological transformation and delivering innovation projects can bring - and you'll have the agility and adaptability to manage these projects, and the teams delivering them, without compromising your optimism, resilience, and integrity.

You'll be approachable, inviting, and inclusive of other people and their ideas, with an affinity for putting your colleagues at ease and cultivating an environment where they can be themselves and achieve their potential.

You'll also bring:

• Experience of leading and delivering innovation initiatives at scale across complex organisational boundaries
• Knowledge of disruptive technologies, key trends and customer demands
• Good communication, collaboration and influencing skills
• An understanding of human-centred design methods and innovation processes
• A creative approach to problem-solving
• Budget and risk management experience
