Work Schedule: Full-time Hybrid, 2 or 3 days on-site in Schaarbeek (Brussels Region)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to take over ongoing infrastructure projects and lead new initiatives related to databases, Middleware, LAN, virtual platforms, and Linux/Windows environments. You will work within the ICT IS Platform resource budget and follow internal delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor project scope, timeline, quality, and resources.
• Establish project planning and governance structure.
• Efficiently manage budgets and allocated resources.
• Report to the Steering Committee.
• Ensure integration of projects within the organization, adhering to standards and methodologies.

Profile

• Experience working in Agile environments (Kanban, defining epics/features/stories).
• Skilled in conflict resolution, communication, and team motivation.
• Proficient with MS Project and JIRA.
• General knowledge of IT infrastructure (architecture, databases, Middleware, networks, virtualization).
• Language: Dutch or French + English
