Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Administration, Operational Support, Network Security, PAM, EndPoint Security; West Central London, WC2

Onsite: Monday to Friday 10-6pm

We seek a multi-talented and go getting Infrastructure Engineer to oversee and maintain our mission-critical IT infrastructure. If you're a tech-savvy professional with expertise in Windows-based networks, VMware environments, and advanced security tools, we want to hear from you!

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the IT systems. You'll manage a Windows-based network hosted on VMware Servers, leveraging cutting-edge tools such as Sentinel Antivirus, AI Protection, Delina PAM, Patch management and vulnerability management software and Office 365 to maintain a secure and efficient environment.

Working within a small dynamic IT team and supported by 3rd Party IT Partners, you'll support the organisation's 24/7 operations, delivering high-performance infrastructure solutions and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Administer and maintain a Windows Server network and VMware ESXi hosts.
• Configure and manage Networks devices, including Switches and wireless access points.
• Deploy and manage industry-leading security tools to safeguard systems.
• Optimise system performance and ensure seamless operation.
• Provide rapid incident resolution and support disaster recovery strategies.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years in infrastructure or systems engineering.
• Technical Expertise: Windows Server, VMware vSphere/ESXi, Extreme Networks, Office 365, and security tools like Sentinel AV, AI Protection and Rapid7.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of IT security best practices.
