Job Description
Introduction:
Join our team as an Independent Prescriber and play a vital role in patient care by providing high-quality prescribing services tailored to individual needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose patients to develop individualised treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications within the scope of practice.
- Work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide clinical consultations and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Qualification as an Independent Prescriber.
- Registration with HCPC (for Physiotherapists) or GPhC (for Pharmacists).
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
