To ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and support our growing business, we are looking for a motivated and service-oriented In-House IT Consultant (m/f/d) full-time/Vienna What We Offer:

Your Responsibilities:

• First-Level IT Support: Act as the primary contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues in the office, ensuring quick resolutions to keep operations running smoothly.
• User Assistance & Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on support for employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Microsoft User Administration: Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, access rights, and security settings to ensure efficient IT operations.
• IT Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee and maintain internal IT systems, ensuring security, efficiency, and reliability.
• Coordination of External IT Partners: Liaise with external IT service providers and consultants to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.
• Database & System Administration: Manage and maintain key databases, including Product Information Management (PIM) and other business-critical systems.
• IT Asset Management: Oversee IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and access rights.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline IT processes and enhance system performance.

Your Profile:

• Technical Expertise: Experience in IT support, system administration, or IT service management.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Experience managing Microsoft user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
• Database Knowledge: Basic to advanced experience with PIM systems and other databases is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving IT-related challenges.
• Communication & Coordination: Strong interpersonal skills to assist employees and manage external IT partners effectively.
• Structured Workstyle: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (German is a plus).
