An experienced IFS Consultant with expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) is sought for an initial 6-month contract with a global consultancy supporting their UK and European arm. This role is Outside IR35 and follows a remote model. Occasional travel is required depending on project demands. All expensed and no more then two days a month at most.

As the IFS Consultant - HCM Specialist, you will bridge the gap between business HR requirements and the IFS application. You will advise and guide stakeholders, ensuring the IFS HCM module is configured and optimised to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their HR and organisational needs and map them to IFS HCM functionalities.
Manage the end-to-end implementation of the IFS HCM module, including system setup, configuration, and integration with other IFS modules.
Identify opportunities to enhance the use of IFS HCM to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to ensure clients can effectively use the IFS HCM system.

To be considered for the role, you must have:
Strong knowledge and experience in IFS HCM modules, including payroll, talent management, and workforce planning.
5-10 years' experience in the implementation of software systems, ideally within HR environments.
Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training for IFS HCM.
Ability to analyse and design HR-related business processes within IFS.
Strong workshop facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work both independently and within a team, meeting key project milestones.
