Our Public Sector client is looking for an ICT Network Manager.

Role Outline

Support the Head of Infrastructure: Assist in developing and improving customer-focused services, promoting efficiency through standardized procedures and systems.
Manage Vendor Contracts: Oversee third-party support contracts, ensuring SLAs are met and value for money is achieved.
Disaster Recovery: Ensure all IT services have recovery plans and are regularly tested.
Manage IT Projects: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plan.
Monitor and Manage Services: Proactively manage service availability and capacity to meet SLAs.
