Job Description

We have a current opportunity for a IAM Specialist (m/w/d) on a contract basis for one of our clients in Hamburg;

Start: December
Duration: 12 months - extension possible
4/5 days a week
Mostly remote, required onboarding in Hamburg

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join a long-term project. The successful candidates will play a key role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient access controls across our systems and applications.

Tasks:
Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
Manage and configure Active Directory (AD) to support access controls and integration with IAM systems.
Leverage expertise in CyberArk for privileged access management and related security solutions.
Implement and manage identity governance using platforms such as SailPoint and Saviynt.
Conduct regular audits, assessments, and troubleshooting of IAM solutions to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop IAM-related processes, policies, and training materials.
Provide technical leadership and support in resolving complex IAM-related issues.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in IAM and recommend improvements as necessary.

Skills:
7+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management solutions.
Strong expertise in Active Directory management and integration.
3-5 years of hands-on experience with CyberArk for privileged access management.
Proven experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint and Saviynt.
In-depth knowledge of IAM best practices, security protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Relevant certifications (eg, CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft) are highly desirable.
