The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
to join a dynamic People Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping the business attract and hire top talent. This opportunity is ideal for someone seeking change and exposure to a wider cross-functional Global HR Team, with the chance to support hiring managers overseas!
Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring across various roles. This includes sourcing, screening, and supporting the onboarding journey for candidates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, write engaging job adverts, and source top talent, ensuring a smooth, centralised recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  • Report recruitment metrics monthly, providing talent acquisition insights and process improvements.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience, maintaining consistent communication throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Assist the People Team with wider team projects, including internal communications, engagement events, and the completion of the internal quarterly newsletter.
  • Requirements of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
  • Previous experience in a Talent or HR coordination role (1-2 years).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities with the ability to adapt to change.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
