This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *Handling HR processes and ensuring compliance*.

About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to support employees and managers throughout their employment journey, excluding recruitment. You'll handle HR processes, ensure compliance with local laws, and maintain accurate employee records while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR policies, processes, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws.
• Handle employee data, contracts, absences, and payroll changes.
• Maintain and update HR systems (eg, Workday).
• Respond to employee and manager queries, resolving issues quickly.
• Support onboarding, training, and HR events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency in HR systems (eg, Workday) and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
