AlexanderAsh are looking for a HR Professinal to join our boutique tech client for an exciting project based in Belfast.
Key Responsibilities:
HR professionals ensure smooth transitions for staff moving between different roles, departments, or locations within the organisation. This could involve administrative support, dealing with contractual changes, and ensuring continuity in employment terms.
Supporting employees during the process: HR provides guidance and support to employees undergoing transfers, including explaining their rights, terms, and any new conditions related to their employment.
Maintaining Practitioner Lists: HR ensures the smooth operation of the FPL, which is a register of healthcare professionals (eg, doctors, dentists, opticians, and pharmacists) working in the organisation. This involves adding new practitioners to the list, updating details, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
