Join the EFI Group as an HR Officer and play a key role in driving our exciting growth journey! This dynamic HR generalist role is at the heart of our mission, supporting managers and employees alike with expert advice and seamless services across every stage of the employee experience. From managing payroll and employee benefits to championing staff wellbeing and fostering positive employee relations, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact.

About You:

  • Qualifications: CIPD qualified (Level 3 or above) or relevant experience.
  • Experience: Proven HR generalist experience across the full HR remit, including payroll administration and management (or working with an outsourced payroll service).
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge in performance management, reward & remuneration, payroll, employee relations, engagement, EDI, wellbeing, HR policy, talent management, and L&D.
  • Passion: You will be a collaborative team player with strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, committed to supporting a positive employee experience across all levels of the organisation.

Salary:

£30,600 to £34,000 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
