About the Role:

Are you passionate about shaping a company's future and creating an exceptional workplace? Join EFI Group as an HR Officer and be a key player in our growth journey! In this dynamic role, you'll support managers and employees, oversee payroll and benefits, and drive staff wellbeing, making a real impact at every stage of the employee experience.

About You:

  • Qualifications: CIPD qualified (Level 3 or above) or relevant experience.
  • Experience: Proven HR generalist experience across the full HR remit, including payroll administration and management (or working with an outsourced payroll service).
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge in performance management, reward & remuneration, payroll, employee relations, engagement, EDI, wellbeing, HR policy, talent management, and L&D.
  • Passion: You will be a collaborative team player with strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, committed to supporting a positive employee experience across all levels of the organisation.

Salary:

£30,600 to £34,000 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
