About The Role:

The Crowd are working with a mid-sized, international architecture studio who boast an impressive portfolio of projects across various sectors. They are seeking a HR Manager to join their team in London.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional who will help the studio implement best practices, streamline procedures, and ensure compliance with employment laws. They will also play a key role in fostering employee growth through learning and development opportunities. In this newly created position, they will work closely with the senior management team to provide the support and resources necessary for the studio's talented team to thrive across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee global HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations across international locations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and staff, fostering a positive and transparent work culture
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage performance reviews, career progression, and a culture of feedback and recognition
  • Align HR processes with business goals and ensure compliance across their offices

  • Lead learning and development strategies, including leadership programs and tailored training to enhance skills and career growth
  • Identify skill gaps, track training effectiveness, and continuously optimise programs based on feedback and KPIs

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Strong experience in HR, L&D, or related fields, preferably in architecture or design-focused industries
  • CIPD qualified or similar; strong UK employment law knowledge, with international being advantageous
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, performance management, and global team operations
  • Strong expertise in training design, instructional methods, and leadership development
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in architecture or creative industries is highly desirable
