Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations in Poland. This role involves talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies in line with Polish labor laws.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with labor regulations and workplace safety standards.

Drive engagement, learning, and development initiatives.

Collaborate with leadership on HR strategy and organizational growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field.

5+ years of HR experience in Poland.

Strong knowledge of Polish labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
