HR Data Analyst (PBI exp.)

• £200 - £250 per day (Inside IR35)
• Manchester City Centre location - hybrid working (onsite 2-3 days per week)
• 1 stage interview process
• 3 month contract

HR Data Analyst (PBI exp.) requires a data focussed analyst with a HR background, focussing on HR metrics - retention, attrition, gender pay gap, HR reporting, cost, diversity etc. They are required to have Power BI experience.

To be suitable for this HR Data Analyst (PBI exp.)position, the following must apply:

• Good HR Analyst experience
• Able to be responsible for the production and analysis of HR metrics and management reporting, data governance and statutory reporting
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Excellent experience with Excel and MS Office
• Strong project management and communication approach
