Responsibilities
As the HR Business Partner/HR Lead, you will:

• Oversee and lead the HR department, managing a team of 1 HR Manager and 1 HR Advisor.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals.
• Lead talent management, employee relations, and performance management efforts.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive a positive company culture.

About You
To succeed in this HR Business Partner/HR Lead role, you'll have:

• Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team.
