This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *Complex compliance cases and investigations*.

About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner - Compliance & Investigations to build and lead a team handling complex compliance cases and investigations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, the Legal department, and global teams to ensure consistent processes, policies, and practices across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Compliance Specialists.
• Oversee compliance cases and investigations, including employee grievances and legal claims.
• Ensure alignment of compliance policies and practices globally.
• Collaborate with Legal and regional teams (EMEA, APAC, Americas).
• Maintain compliance with employment regulations and update policies as needed.
• Develop efficient processes using technology and tools.
• Train and support HR teams on compliance-related matters.
• Track trends, create dashboards, and proactively address issues.

Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• 8-12 years of HR experience, with expertise in employee relations and labor law.
• Strong investigation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and manage complex projects.
• Experience leading teams and coaching others in a global environment.
