Job Description

HR ADVISOR - INITIAL 4 MONTH - INSIDE IR35

One of Loriens leading Public Sector Clients are looking for a highly experienced HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 4 month contract.

Essential Skills

  • Experience of working within an HR environment providing support, advice and guidance on people related matters.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of end-to-end case management, specifically of managing performance and absence cases.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills including the capability to influence and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines, within a fast-paced working environment.
  • Experience of advising and managing recruitment processes.
  • Membership of CIPD

Desirable Skill

  • Experience of working within Civil or Public Sector HR.
  • Experience of compiling and presenting reports and analysing data
  • CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management qualification
