Our client is a leading provider of innovative technologies for low-carbon electricity production. With over 50 years of experience, they specialize in designing, building, and maintaining advanced equipment for reliable and efficient power generation, serving numerous power plants globally.

They are actively seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to support their payroll migration project. This role is crucial in ensuring that project deadlines are met and milestones are achieved. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in understanding payroll systems, with some global experience being advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the payroll migration project, ensuring all deadlines are met and milestones are reached.
• Provide expert advice and support on payroll systems.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain high organizational standards and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of payroll systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good presence and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Some global experience in payroll systems is a plus but not required.
• Must be available to work on-site in Rugby, 5 days a week.
