This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *long-term sickness absence cases, ensuring compliance with the Dutch Gatekeeper Act (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter) and supporting employees' reintegration*.

Job Summary

Our client seeks a Reintegration Advisor to manage long-term sickness absence cases, ensuring compliance with the Dutch Gatekeeper Act (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter) and supporting employees' reintegration. The role involves handling 50-60 cases, liaising with managers, HR, and external occupational health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee sickness absence cases, ensuring compliance with Dutch regulations.

• Act as the primary contact for employees, managers, and HR.

• Collaborate with Company Doctors, Arbo services, and mediators.

• Guide employees and managers through the reintegration process.

• Maintain accurate documentation and case compliance.

• Identify opportunities to improve reintegration policies and processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ year as a Case Manager or 3+ years in HR Operations/Advisory with Case Management experience.

• Strong knowledge of the Dutch Gatekeeper Act.

• Experience working with Arbo Companies, UWV, and mediators.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
