Hours:8-hour shifts, with flexible patterns between 08:00 and 22:00.
Location:Reading
Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with HDC/Bail conditions
• Create and implement individualised Support Plans
• Conduct weekly support sessions
• Help residents apply for Housing Benefit
• Ensure properties meet Decent Homes Standard
• Coordinate with partner agencies like Probation and Prison Services, Courts, and Police

What We Expect From You:

• Skill in developing personalised support and move-on plans
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices
• Experience with vulnerable adults facing complex challenges
• Willingness to travel within your designated area
• Proficiency with computer applications
