In this pivotal role, you will manage and support the technology behind this secure access environment focusing on the operational excellence of our Zscaler platform. We seek a seasoned leader with extensive experience in IT operations, security tool management, and a record of driving successful process improvements in complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership across diverse teams, including both operational and build-focused groups, ensuring excellence in performance, talent development, and recruitment.

Offer technical mentorship to foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration.

Ensure that critical technologies operate in alignment with defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Coordinate essential operational initiatives, such as disaster recovery testing.

Monitor, measure, and report on performance using established KPIs, delivering clear insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Oversee end-to-end delivery and enhancement of functionality from the Zscaler platform.

Manage and implement process improvements and technology enhancements to maximize value.

Collaborate with major international vendors to manage feature requests and technology updates.

Stay informed about emerging trends and tools in Zero Trust security, recommending strategic improvements where necessary.

Develop and maintain comprehensive metrics, dashboards, and reports to track access and automation effectiveness.

Automate routine tasks to boost scalability and efficiency.

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.

Identify, communicate, and mitigate operational risks while establishing best practices, standards, and governance frameworks.

Collaborate with the cybersecurity team during incident responses.

Effectively communicate with senior management, technical teams, and external clients about the Zero Trust strategy and secure access solutions.

Location & Working Arrangements

You will lead teams distributed both domestically and internationally. Your primary base will be remote working.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing technical operations within a large organization.

Demonstrable expertise in managing the Zscaler platform and familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps Boards.

Proven track record of leading agile projects and large-scale automation initiatives.

In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure components including Servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.

Experience in formulating and executing technology acquisition and integration strategies that align with business objectives.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
