Head of Transformation
Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Head of Transformation to join their team on a permanent basis.
Please note, this is a hybrid role with 2 days per week on-site in either London, Birmingham or Leeds.
The role itself is hands-on and standalone - you will be responsible for Business Change, Transformation and Innovation covering processes, ways of working, project delivery, utilisation of data, technology and AI.

Head of Transformation - Key Skills:
- Background in the Legal/Law industry
- Hands-on approach - this is a standalone role
- Strong background in Business Change/Transformation
- Familiarity with AI - Knowledge around how AI can be utilised and improve processes/business efficiency
