We are seeking a dynamic Head of Projects to lead and oversee fibre deployment operations across Germany. This role involves managing a team of Regional Managers responsible for subcontractor coordination, ensuring project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.

1. Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Project Managers across multiple regions.
2. Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with project quality and safety standards.
3. Develop and monitor project budgets, cost calculations, and financial forecasting.
4. Implement and maintain effective project management methodologies and tools.
5. Act as a key liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and project success.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Extensive background in telecoms project management, specifically in fibre deployment also in road construction and tiefbau
2. Proven leadership skills with experience managing multi-regional teams.
3. Strong understanding of subcontractor management and cost control.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
