Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who is passionate about connecting talented creatives in arts education. Working for a pioneer in creative arts, you would be leading the student recruitment function to drive the institutes ambitious growth plans.
The institute has recently launched their three-year strategy which includes expanding their postgraduate offering, intensifying their focus on research and development, and cultivating a more diverse arts community. They are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team and spearhead our student recruitment efforts.
The Role
As Head of Student Recruitment, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the institution's future, responsibilities will include;
- Develop and implement strategic student recruitment plans
- Lead the delivery of student recruitment, admissions and conversion activities
- Provide analytical insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Oversee the Student Ambassador scheme
- Work closely with the Head of Communications to ensure coordinated efforts
Person Specification
- Proven experience in delivering strategic student recruitment and admissions plans
- Track record of meeting targets
- Strong knowledge of the HE sector at home and abroad
- Good grasp of implementing systems to enhance business processes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights
- Understanding of UK HE compliance requirements
