Job Description

Could you lead and manage British Heart Foundation's (BHF) range of products and services to deliver our vision of a world without the fear of heart and circulatory disease?

We're recruiting for a Head of Product to join us and support our Medical directorate and set the direction and delivery of key product across several disciplines.

Working with key business stakeholders and responsible for the execution of our customer-led, agile approach to product delivery, you'll manage the overall prioritisation, customer value, communication, scheduling, resourcing, and financial management of product delivery.

Part of our Technology Senior Management Team, you'll work collaboratively with other senior leaders within Technology to progress the overall objectives as set by your Director of Technology and the Chief Technology Officer.

The Technology department is an integral internal partner for BHF to help deliver our overall organisational strategy, which is to support research and innovation, help people affected by heart and circulatory disease, and drive income growth across our commercial, retail, and fundraising offerings.

About Technology Medical

The role of technology within health and research is rapidly changing. For patients, digital health is continuing to transform their healthcare experience, from self-management through to how they interact with GP and hospital services.

Some of our most successful public facing products to date include the Circuit and RevivR. We're also leading on developing new products for data insight and analysis for our Medical teams, and continuously improving our grant management processes.

Technology is also changing research, from the utilisation of artificial intelligence, to monitoring and maximising our investments. As such, we've established a number of product teams to provide Medical with clear and consistent access to Technology expertise and services to better support our mission goal.
