Head of Music

A vacancy for Head of Music has arisen within our Multi Academy Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and outstanding practitioner to join the Arthur Terry Learning Partnership, based at The Coleshill School.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in raising attainment. You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with the ability to lead and inspire others around you. With the appetite and ability to drive change, you will work with the team to further develop an inspirational department with a focus on high standards of teaching. Ultimately, you will help further outcomes for our students.

The successful candidate must be able to inspire and develop students through their teaching and knowledge of the curriculum, hold a creative approach to their lesson delivery as well as being confident in strategies to enable all students to make or exceed their levels of progress.
