The Head of Highways will provide inspirational and visionary leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, overseeing Highway Design, Road Safety, Asset Management, Operations, Street Lighting, Highway Structures, Public Rights of Way, Urban Traffic Control, and Land Registry functions. Facilitating greater coordinated working to deliver a best-in-class service. The role is delivering efficient highways that supports our growth and are fit for today and tomorrow.
