Your new company:A leading firm in Ipswich, a dynamic, multi-disciplinary consultancy that covers a range of disciplines across civil and structural, surveying, building services, and now facilities management. The company has an established facilities management division that has grown organically within the business, and they are always adapting to new market opportunities and winning a number of new contracts. The firm is eager to progress and move forward, and is looking to listen to and learn from those who join the teams.

Your new role:

As the Head of Facilities Management, you will be responsible for managing a small team, overseeing both hard and soft facilities services. You will use your strong commercial acumen and ability to work closely with the commercial and associate directors to navigate the consistently strong pipeline of work and build long-term relationships with key clients.

What you'll need to succeed:

Extensive experience in Facilities Management, with a proven track record of managing small teams
Expertise in managing a diverse range of hard and soft facilities services
A commercial mindset, adept at collaborating with senior stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
A passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships
