Job Description
As part of the site senior management team, our new Head of Engineering will run our entire engineering operation, covering maintenance, CAPEX, and process engineering. Running a team of circa 20 engineers and handling a budget of £3m+, our Engineering Manager will play a key role in change management and growth.
BASIC SALARY: £75,000 - £85,000
