Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for digital innovation and agile methodologies? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the Delivery organization of our Digital Banking Division. Join us in shaping the future of banking by driving high-quality product delivery and fostering collaboration across teams.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor 7 Agile Managers, each leading cross-functional delivery clusters of approximately 40 FTEs.

• Agile Excellence: Lead a team of Scrum Masters, ensuring agile processes are effectively implemented and continuously improved across all delivery teams.

• Organizational Strategy: Define and optimize the organizational structure and processes to support the George product organization, ensuring seamless operations and delivery.

• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the George senior management team to drive strategic decisions and align priorities across the entire George organization.

• Technical & Operational Synergy: Partner with the technical, architectural, and operational leaders of Digital Banking to deliver high-quality products and maintain stable operations.

• Customer-Centric Coordination: Engage with our clients-7 banks across Erste Bank's operating countries-to understand their needs and translate them into actionable strategies for the delivery organization.

• Proven experience in leading agile delivery organizations, preferably within a digital or banking environment.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring managers and fostering high-performing teams.

• Deep understanding of agile frameworks and their practical application at scale.

• Solid technical knowledge to understand the implementation of our products in web frontends and mobile applications.

• Strategic thinker with excellent collaboration and decision-making abilities.

• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and external stakeholders.

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 82.600, gross per year. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
