An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Development or Lead Technical Developer to take charge of a growing team of developers and lead the creation of innovative digital solutions. The Role:

* Define and execute the technical strategy for the development team.
* Oversee the design, architecture, and delivery of various digital projects.
* Lead and mentor a team of developers, QA engineers, and DevOps professionals.
* Collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, offering technical insights and guidance.
* Drive the adoption of Agile practices, Continuous Integration, and industry best standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establish and implement technical standards and development practices.
* Act as the go-to person for technical issues and problem-solving within teams and for clients.
* Manage project budgets, coordinate with third-party vendors, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
* Conduct code reviews and lead performance reviews to foster team development and skill growth.

Your Experience:

* 10+ years of experience in software architecture and development leadership.
* Track record of successfully leading development teams through complex, high-impact digital projects.
* Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, React, JavaScript, AWS, Git, Python, and Agile methodologies.
* Strong leadership capabilities with experience in technical strategy, team management, and innovative thinking.
