What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) - Essential
Proven experience in teaching Design Technology at KS4 & KS5
Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
A passion for innovation, creativity, and student success
Ability to inspire and mentor both students and staff
