Salary: £110,000 - £120,000 + Equity

What You'll Do:

• Lead the creation and execution of a cohesive design strategy across product, brand, and marketing.
• Design intuitive, beautiful, and impactful user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
• Leverage user insights and data to continuously refine and optimise designs.

What I'm Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in managing design teams within start-ups or fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in UX/UI design, visual design, and brand strategy.
• A strong portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centred designs across multiple platforms.
• A strategic thinker who combines creative vision with business acumen.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with design systems.
• Passion for tackling complex problems and delivering delightful, innovative solutions.
