• Base Salary Range: £95,000 to £110,000

About the Client:

My client, a leader in IT Services & Consultancy, is seeking an experienced professional to act as Head of Cloud Services. This pivotal role will head a major department within this exciting organisation, and will be responsible for driving excellence in Cloud & Application Modernisation consulting, shaping strategy, mentoring top talent, and delivering transformative solutions.

Candidates must have extensive background providing leadership within major IT Services/IT Consultancy environments & vast technical knowledge of cloud services.

Azure will be the major preference for technical knowledge, and the candidate will be seen as a key technical resource of the technology.

What You'll Do:
Leveraging your expansive breadth of Cloud technical services to meet customer demands
Provide subject matter expertise, with customer projects and technical mentoring within the delivery team
Ensure the Consulting operations run and deliver in accordance with defined best practice and doing so meets the quality requirements of Consulting Services.
Lead and innovate our Cloud & Application Modernisation services
Act as go-to source of knowledge of Azure technologies throughout the organisation
Guide clients and internal teams with technical expertise
Shape and refine our cloud consulting practice
Support sales and drive revenue growth
Mentor consultants and oversee strategic delivery

What You Will Bring:
Proven leadership in major cloud consulting environments: Azure (strongest preference), AWS, IaaS, PaaS
Deep industry knowledge and technical design expertise
Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience driving business growth and leading high-performing teams
