Head of Claims - Insurance - Jersey or Guernsey

Head of Claims, Claims Manager, Claims Director, Team Management, People Management, Insurance, Commercial, General Insurance, GI, Policy, Policies, Based in the Channel Islands (Jersey or Guernsey)/Permanent role, £80,000 - 120,000 + benefits & bonus.

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Head of Claims within Insurance.

Location - Channel Islands - Guernsey or Jersey

Permanent role

Salary £80,000 - 120,000 + bonus and excellent benefits

(Income tax within the Islands is fixed at 20%)

A full housing licence will be provided and assistance with relocation for candidates based outside of the Channel Islands who are looking to relocate to Jersey or Guernsey.

Experience:

• Must have strong Insurance sector experience - Commercial/General
• Experience in a Head of Claims, Senior Claims Manager, Claims Director role
• People Management, training and development - Team size is approx. 2-3 Direct and 25 Indirect
• Great vision and strategy experience
• Communication skills - happy operating at all levels including Senior Management/Board
