Head of Building Safety Regulations

Join a market leading multidisciplinary consultancy as the Head of Building Safety. This would be a new position which has been created in response to the Building Safety Act looking for someone who can deliver LRB and HRB projects in line with the BSA. Our client is looking for a professional with to lead the UK business with background in Architecture, Building Design or in Building Control with strong building regulations experience. This role could be done from anywhere in the UK, but London would be the ideal location for the role. This role requires someone with detailed knowledge of building regulations and the competencies to lead on LRB and HRB projects under the Building Safety Act. The client has offices across the UK, and is more interested in the right individual rather than any constraints around location. The role will pay up to 80,000 + package, with the opportunity to increase further as the team grows. Technical delivery is the vital part of this role, but team growth and management would also be key to meeting the requirements at this level.
