Aufgaben We are looking for a Head of AI Engineering & Integration to ensure seamless collaboration between data science teams, external and internal AI providers and internal software engineering. This role is key in transforming AI research into scalable, high-performing products that drive innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead AI engineering efforts, ensuring smooth AI integration into software products.
• Assess and integrate the best AI tools available on the market.
• Oversee AI productization, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and innovation.
• Manage AI development processes, from research to deployment.
• Align AI initiatives with business strategy and customer needs.
• Provide technical leadership in AI/ML deployment and cloud-native technologies.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and industry trends.

Profil Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in AI/ML engineering and leading AI product integration.
• Expertise in modern AI tools, cloud-based AI architectures and large-scale AI systems.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing and AI optimization.
• Background in high-growth industries, not rigid sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to align technical and business teams.
