Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the dental nursing team, ensuring high standards of care.
Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.
Assist dentists in all clinical procedures and ensure infection control protocols are followed.
Monitor and maintain dental equipment and stock levels.
Support with staff training and development.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CQC guidelines.
Deliver exceptional patient care, maintaining a calm and professional manner.
Requirements:
Qualified and registered with the General Dental Council (GDC).
Minimum of 2 years of dental nursing experience.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of dental software systems (e.g., SOE, R4) is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
