Carlie Barlow Health & Wellbeing (CBHW) is searching for a highly qualified, professional Group Exercise Ambassador to deliver classes including Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, and Sound Meditation on a new luxury cruise liner, MSC World America, sailing from Miami to the Caribbean throughout 2025.

Role and responsibilities

• Instructing holistic classes, including Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, & Sound for adults and families.
• Delivering wellbeing events including workshops, seminars and mini-Retreats.
• Reviewing guest feedback, implementing developments and coordinating the schedule.
• Work alongside our team to help develop and deliver innovative wellbeing experiences.
• Monitors class insights, using feedback to drive a culture of improvement.
• Continuously evaluate processes and procedures and updates when and where necessary to achieve maximum efficiencies.
• Support the development of wellbeing concepts and ideas to help form a proposal for our clients, specialising in wellbeing experiences.
• Liaise with client representatives and the team on-site to optimise content delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical qualifications that can be applied to the role, e.g., Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, Breathwork, Sound Therapy.
• Proven track record in teaching holistic disciplines to a high standard for over 3 years.
• Strong managerial skills.
• Experience in multi-tasking projects
• Ability to problem-solve
• Thrives in a creative environment
• A dynamic and innovative professional with a forward-thinking attitude and approach
• The ability to work under one's initiative
• Demonstrate a passion for results
• Provide a professional image at all times that supports the expectations of the company
