About Us:
We are a dedicated Social Housing maintenance team committed to ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our facilities. We are currently seeking a skilled Groundworker to join our team and contribute to the upkeep and improvement of our grounds.
Key Responsibilities:

• Slab/Path Laying and Repairs:
  Install and repair various types of slabs and paths, ensuring a safe and even surface.
• Concrete Work:
  Performing tasks involving the mixing, pouring, and finishing of concrete for a variety of projects.
• Brickwork:
  Construct and repair brick structures, including walls, edging, and other features.
• Stone Masonry:
  Work with natural stone to create and maintain aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound features.
• General Support:
  Assist the maintenance team with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of all maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in groundworking, specifically in the areas mentioned above.
• Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance techniques.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Own van and tools (Mileage paid)
