We're looking for a Graphic Designer who is passionate about design, storytelling, and the power of personalization. If you want to contribute to the evolution of sneaker culture and be part of a movement that celebrates individuality and creativity, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Retail & In-Store Design
- Develop compelling visual assets for in-store experiences, including window displays, promotional materials, and branded signage.
- Design concepts that reflect our commitment to responsible customisation and creative self-expression.
- Online Platforms
- Create on-brand graphics and layouts for our e-commerce site, marketplaces, and social media channels.
- Produce assets that align with our mission to empower creativity in sneaker culture.
- Agency Activations
- Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to produce engaging event materials, digital/print ads, and social media content.
- Help elevate and celebrate our partnerships with global brands, creators, and rights holders.
- Brand Consistency & Innovation
- Maintain cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring designs communicate our mission and values.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, bringing fresh ideas that spark innovation within sneaker customisation culture.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to craft visual narratives that resonate with our global community.
- Present and articulate design concepts effectively, welcoming feedback to continuously improve.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house), preferably with experience in fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle brands.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Bonus if you have experience with digital prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, XD).
- Creative Vision: A portfolio showcasing a strong sense of style, typography, and layout, as well as a knack for storytelling and brand identity.
- Passion for Sneakers & Culture: Familiarity with streetwear, sneaker culture, or creative communities is highly valued.
- Team Player: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, open to feedback, and committed to collective success.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to clearly present ideas and design rationale.
- Social Media: Experienced in supporting the provision of social media content to run through all channels
