Role:

• Assist with classroom preparation and set-up for lessons
• Support lesson planning and delivery under the guidance of the teaching team
• Work across the curriculum, providing support to students in various subjects
• Offer additional assistance to students with special educational needs
• Record and track student progress, providing feedback to the teacher
• Mark students' work and assist with general classroom management

Requirements:

• A degree from a top 30 UK University
• A genuine passion for working with children and educating them
• Previous experience in a child-focused role is highly desirable
• Strong determination and a proactive attitude towards supporting students
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
