Are you a recent graduate in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation, Control, and Automation? Ready to use your skills to reduce flood risks, protect communities, and help us reach our goal of becoming a carbon net-zero organization by 2030? Join our MEICA teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation) and embark on a career that matters!

As a graduate engineer with us, you ll dive into a comprehensive four-to-five-year training program designed to build your skills in everything from asset management and project planning to design and site supervision. You ll work on real projects, tackle real challenges, and gain hands-on experience in various parts of the organization. With guidance from expert mentors and a structured development path, you ll be on track to achieve Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).

• Academic Credentials: An accredited BEng or MEng degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) that meets Engineering Council standards (check the IET website for details).
