What do I need?

You'll be a recent graduate with a passion for the food industry. Your drive, determination and resilience will be characteristics that people recognise you for and that will set you in good stead for success. Ideally you'll have some experience working in the food industry and you'll be focussed on working towards an Account Manager role in the short term.

Tell me more about the job

Working closely with the rest of the commercial team, you'll be learning the fundamentals of account management from the ground up. Shadowing the commercial managers, visiting retail customers and getting under the skin of how commercial food production works. This role will give you the foundations for a successful long-term career in the industry and there's lots of scope to achieve those first few promotions within this growing business!
