Conexus has partnered with a leading travel company, who are seeking an experienced Global IT ERP SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. With a strong focus on innovation and digital transformation, the company is committed to revolutionizing the travel experience.
This position focuses on managing SAP SuccessFactors, driving key international projects, and ensuring the successful deployment and support of the ERP system across the company's global operations.

• Provide expert support and configure key SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance, Recruitment, etc.).
• Lead global implementation projects, ensuring smooth deployments across international locations.
• Contribute to system architecture design and ensure optimal system performance.
• Analyze and manage incidents, ensuring timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with business and HR teams to translate needs into system requirements.
• Develop project plans and maintain documentation, staying updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
